Company-level skills

The following skills are required for all members of Cuban Engineer. Applicants who fail to fulfill any of these skills are rejected.

Skill 1: You must prove professional proficiency in English by taking this exam and achieving a C1 level, or a better level. You can also prove your proficiency by taking another internationally-accepted exam and achieving an equivalent level.

Skill 2: You must be proficient in using Git.

Skill 3: You must be proficient in Test Driven Development.

Position-level skills

Each position requires different skills. In general, you must prove that you have solid know-how in the technologies and programming languages required by the position.

Your curriculum vitae must include at least two items evidencing your know-how in the required stack. You can mention previous jobs, personal projects, open-source projects, etc.
